The group is aimed at encouraging all levels of runner in the bayside area of Melbourne to participate in group runs and try some other types of workouts aimed at increasing fitness. Emphasis is on participation and enjoyment.
We hope to encourage participation in the Bayside area and feel that providing an organised group is the perfect way to introduce runners to a more structured level of training.
Training comprises of Saturday mornings at Dendy Park in Brighton commencing at 9:30 am sharp. These will incorporate a variety of tempo, fartlek or interval training. See our website for details.
There is no cost associated with running with the Bayside Runners.
